This report analyzes data pertaining to the participation and representation of women and girls in STEM professions and education. 

Project Overview

The Current State of Women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) in Yukon analyzes data pertaining to the participation and representation of women and girls in STEM professions and education. This report explores data regarding the attendance of elementary school girls at STEM-related camps and the results of standardized testing for numeracy, reading, and writing at Grade 4 and 7 levels. It also analyzes the application of young women to secondary level STEM electives as well as data regarding post-secondary programs, from application to graduation.
