Make IT Solutions, working with Sierra Systems, has developed a commercialized package forwarding software platform. The product provides package forwarding companies with software as a service (SaaS) solutions with brandable customer facing interfaces and a flexible backend for operations management. Licensing fees are based on the volume of incoming packages with support arrangements specific to each tenancy. The vision is to provide all the features and flexibility necessary for re-shipping companies to optimize their operations and focus on their competitive advantage within the package forwarding market.
