This project will investigate micro gasification technology for the efficient conversion of wood waste product to usable electricity and heat.
A micro scale gasification unit will be built and used to generate electrical power from a variety of wood fuel types available in Yukon, each fuel type will be evaluated and characterized.
Outcomes from the project will be used to investigate the market for supply of micro scale gasifier equipment or services in Yukon.
