Project Overview
Total North Communications developed a super-insulated, highly energy-efficient communications shed for use at remote sites such as mines.
The shed ensures a reliable power to communications equipment. It can also serveas a survival shelter for technical staff who find themselves weathered-in at the site.
For the first stage of this project Total North purchased the equipment and carried out proof of concept assembly. The second portion of the project will involve refinement of the shelter and test deployment in a remote site.
