Academic Potential Entrance Award Grade 12
Yukon University acknowledges and offers awards to students who show academic potential despite experiencing hardship(s). Two full academic year tuition waiver awards are available.
Eligibility
- Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- Be a Grade 12 Yukon high school student
- Have applied for Yukon University full-time studies (minimum 9 credits) before May 15
Requirements
- Write a letter (maximum 300-words) describing:
- How you have overcome hardship(s)
- How your selected program at Yukon University will further your goals
- Provide two letters of recommendation from administrators, teachers or counselors from your high school
