Yukon University Entrance Award
Yukon University offers entrance awards for new full-time students who have been accepted into a Yukon University certificate, diploma or degree students and who demonstrate financial need. Three full academic year tuition waiver awards are available.
Eligibility
- Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- Have applied for the first time into a Yukon University full-time (minimum 9 credits) certificate, diploma or degree program before May 15. (Note: partnership university programs and post-graduate certificates are not eligible).
- Demonstrate financial need
Requirements
- Write a letter (maximum 300-words) describing:
- Your work and life goals
- How your selected program at Yukon University will further your goals
- Proof of application
- Copy of your Letter of Acceptance from Yukon University within two days of notification
